Tru Blue - Jet Blue is a chromate coating for zinc-plated surfaces. It is suitable for use with acid zinc, cyanide zinc, and non-cyanide zinc.
The resulting color is a blueish-white.
It offers excellent salt spray resistance, withstanding over 96 hours of testing for white rust (when using a 5% v/v concentration of the solution).
The solution is free from hexavalent chromium, using trivalent chromium which is environmentally friendly and safer for users.
The treatment process is straightforward and does not involve complex steps.

Superpass 471

Usage Instructions:
Black Chromate Finish:
Superpass 471 is used for applying a black chromate finish on zinc-plated parts (both acid and alkaline zinc).
The solution is trivalent chromium-based, providing a deep black color and a beautiful shine when used with a sealant.
The film produced is resistant to white rust, depending on the thickness of the chromate and zinc coating.
For rolling parts, the black rust resistance lasts at least 48-72 hours.
For hanging parts, the resistance lasts at least 72-96 hours.
When combined with a sealant, the coating gradually adheres to the zinc surface, and the intensity of the color can vary based on the dipping time. The lifespan of the coating depends on the number of parts being dipped.
Properties:
Produces a black finish.
The film is highly resistant to white rust, with varying resistance based on coating thickness:
Rolling parts: at least 48-72 hours.
Hanging parts: at least 72-96 hours.
Prism 350

Rainbow Chromate Finish:
Prism 350 is a rainbow-colored chromate solution that is easy to use and environmentally friendly.
It offers high quality and allows for continuous replenishment without the need to mix new solutions, providing a long-lasting performance.
The solution does not contain Chrome 6 (Cr6+), making it easier to dispose of through conventional wastewater treatment.
The resulting finish on parts dipped in the solution can display a rainbow effect with colors ranging from blue-green, green, to violet-red, depending on the dipping conditions and characteristics.
This chromate coating can resist white rust for 144–196 hours.

Yellow 3F

Description: Yellow 3F is a trivalent chromate with a rainbow effect, producing a yellow tone similar to chromate 6. The resulting shades can vary, showing tones of yellow, red, and green, depending on the immersion time. It is suitable for coating workpieces after zinc plating. This trivalent chromate provides good corrosion resistance and is environmentally friendly. It can resist white rust for 72–100 hours. Baking the workpiece at 120°C can enhance its white rust resistance.
Properties: The finish results in a yellow tone similar to chromate 6, with resistance to white rust for 72–100 hours. Baking the workpiece at 120°C will improve its white rust resistance.
Zinc chromating (Zinc Blue)

Description: Zinc Blue is a blue chromate powder of the hexavalent chromium type that is used in small quantities and is easy to maintain. The pH of the solution remains stable over time, enhancing the corrosion resistance of the zinc coating and providing good adhesion.
Properties: The resulting color is a bluish white, with the option to increase the blue tone by adding a blue colorant. It provides white rust resistance for more than 48 hours.
Chromate Black 80

Description: Chromate Black 80 provides a black, glossy finish for zinc coatings. It can be applied to all types of zinc, including both barrel and rack processes, and is suitable for both automatic and manual lines. It is easy to control and adjust by analyzing the composition of the chromate (Part A) using a titration method. It has a wide operational range and minimal adjustment needs during use. Applying a topcoat over the black chromate can further enhance the durability of the zinc coating.
Properties: The resulting color is black, and it offers white rust resistance for at least 240-288 hours.
Solution Yellow

Description: Solution Yellow is a Hexavalent chromate solution that is easy to maintain and requires only a small amount. The pH of the solution remains stable, enhancing the corrosion resistance of the zinc coating and ensuring good adhesion. Test the color intensity by dipping the workpiece; if the color is too dark, dilute with water, and if it is too light, add more colorant.
Properties: The resulting color is a yellow iridescent rainbow. It provides white rust resistance for at least 72 hours.
Hex Green 64

Description: Hex Green 64 is a concentrated chromate coating that provides a green shade with a dark undertone. It offers improved corrosion resistance and is suitable for use on zinc-plated parts, whether in hanging or rolling barrel applications. Additionally, the chromate finish can be effectively overpainted.
